I'm gonna get in one last formal critique before my Premium Membership runs out! So here goes:

Probably one of my favorite digital works I've seen from you! The composition is very nicely done: it keeps your eyes from wandering off the drawing, constantly circling around between the two characters. Though a small note: we don't really want that extra tail to distract us too much. Try not the make things that would distract the eye away from the MAIN focus. Of course, with the poses you've chosen and the positioning, this drawing is very appealing to the eye. I especially like how well the brown character's head turned out; it's a very nice 3/4 degree angle, and you've defined the nose well too. The only other thing that is a little awkward is the grey character's head/neck. I think it might have to be a little more to the left, but that's nothing really. It's just a slightly complicated pose.

The background is probably the weakest point in your drawing... The perspective is good, and I love how there are some blades of grass and flowers right up against the drawing, but I wish it was a custom drawn one... I do love how you sort of clumped the grass though. It's still a wonderful background of course, I'd just really love to see what you can draw without pre-made brushes.

The colours, I think, would have to be my favorite part of this drawing. Something about the colours, the lighting, and the way you shaded makes it look very soft, adding to the picture. That, added with the wonderfully done highlights on the fur just makes this near perfection! Also, you want to make sure there is a little bit of shading on the ground. We don't really want them to look like they're sort of floating. I guess... just make sure there's a definite light source, but you've done an awesome job in this drawing

Can't wait to see more improvement, though you're already so good!
